B. Special longer-term winter rentals can be negotiated. The region generally enjoys a good climate all year round, and the ski resorts of Auron and Isola 2000 are an hour and a half away by car.

C. The above prices do not include loss and breakages, telephone calls, and in the low season only, electricity charges. The prices include bedding, linen, crockery and cutlery but do not include cleaning other than at the beginning and end of stay. It is necessary to inform the owners of your linen requirement before arrival.

D. In order to confirm a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required at time of reservation together with a signed copy of the attached terms and conditions.

E. The balance of the rent must be paid not less than 6 weeks in advancement of arrival, together with a refundable security deposit of 250 pounds per week to cover breakages. The deposit will be immediately refunded upon verification of the state of the property and the telephone charges on the final day of stay.

F. Payments to be made by bank draft, details to be supplied at time of booking confirmation.
